About the role
The Docebo Specialist provides hands-on execution for an implementation project. The role will involve handling critical tasks such as UAT script development and content migration. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate direct experience in managing these specific deliverables within past Docebo projects. SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, collaborate with SweetRush and the client, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.
This is a 3-month contract, scheduled to begin mid-September and end by November 28, 2025.
Not to exceed 20 hours per week. With an opportunity for contract renewal based on continued engagement post-launch to provide on-demand troubleshooting and advisory support.
Salary / Hourly Range (US or Costa Rica only)
*Salary is negotiable.
Onboarding will be compensated as a one-time flat fee.
Responsibilities
The LMS Implementation Specialist will collaborate with the client and SweetRush on Docebo LMS implementation, specifically to:
- Assist with security/compliance revie.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance
- Conduct quality assurance testing to validate that learning solutions meet project requirements
- Manage testing cycles and document results to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
- Advise on content organization and migration (e.g., SCORM uploading)
- Assist with the configuration of a Zoom integration and collaborate with our engineer on the functional testing of other system connections (SSO, Stripe, etc.)
- Train managers and other administrators
Required Skills
- Docebo LMS Administration expertise
- Quality assurance and testing
- Ability to create learning plans and courses in Docebo
- Ability to work as part of a team
Bonus Skills
● Data integration in Docebo (SSO, Zoom, Vimeo, Stripe/ecommerce, HRM)
● Experience training people on Docebo (facilitation)
