SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
Prospect Management
- Monitor and qualify incoming new business prospects to ensure rapid response times.
- Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for all incoming new business inquiries, ensuring every initial interaction reflects SweetRush’s distinctive culture, commitment to quality, and spirit of genuine partnership.
- Draft constructive, professional, and deeply customer-centric email responses designed to make prospects feel heard, valued, and excited to move further down the funnel.
- Maintain velocity & nurturing momentum through engagement of "warm" prospects with confident, competent communication regarding baseline pricing and high-level value propositions where necessary. Ensure Sales Executive has all necessary context and deliverables to advance the conversation, while managing interim communication so the prospect remains engaged and warm during the transition.
Strategic Research
- Conduct strategic opportunity research & profiling by analyzing incoming leads. Independently research a prospect’s organizational structure, business priorities, L&D challenges, and decision-making dynamics to gauge the potential scale and priority of the opportunity.
- Synthesize and brief the Sales Team by translating research findings into high-level, actionable summaries for Sales Executives.
Be the expert
- Develop working knowledge of SweetRush's capabilities — eLearning development, instructional design, talent solutions, and emerging modalities — so you can advise clients accurately and enthusiastically.
- Develop brochure pricing expertise. Act as the internal authority on standard pricing structures, rate sheets, and baseline cost models. While you won't build custom quotes, you will expertly leverage brochure pricing to quickly map standard rates to an incoming opportunity and share appropriate estimates with prospects.
- Stay current on L&D industry trends and bring relevant insights to client conversations.
Enablement
- Manage & optimize prospecting content. Partner with Solution Design, Marketing, and Sales Operations ensure front-of-house assets are strategically aligned, operationally smooth, and perfectly teed up for the sales pipeline.
- Own and organize the repository of front-of-house materials, ensuring early-stage collateral, case studies, and capability decks are current, high-quality, and readily accessible.
- Proactively identify gaps in early-pipeline content and facilitate projects with Solution Design and Sales Ops to create or update enablement tools to create or update enablement tools that help address common prospect objections or FAQs quickly.
Coordination
- Act as the internal prospect champion. Translate initial prospect needs, pain points, and cultural fit clearly to internal growth teams, ensuring the prospect's voice is accurately represented before they ever meet the broader team.
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal stakeholders—including C-Suite leaders, Sales Executives, Account Managers, Talent Solutions, and Marketing—to ensure a unified, high-touch transition from initial inquiry to deep-dive qualification.
- Keep initial outreach and early pipeline milestones strictly on track, managing internal scheduling, brief sharing, and prep alignment so SweetRush teams enter prospect meetings fully synced.
- Facilitate the feedback loop. Partner with Leadership, Solution Architecture, Marketing, and Account Management to share insights gathered from front-of-house prospect interactions, helping to refine early-stage messaging, content, and target personas
What You Bring - Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business development, or high-touch inbound lead management—ideally within a professional services, consulting, or L&D/HR tech environment.
- Experience managing and maintaining early-stage sales collateral, pricing sheets, or enablement tools, ensuring the team always has the assets they need to keep deals moving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping balls.
- A detective mindset. A genuine curiosity and skill for corporate research. You know how to dig into an organization’s structure, synthesize their business challenges, and connect the dots to spot a high-value opportunity.
- Exceptional Executive Synthesis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can take a complex, messy inquiry and distill it into a sharp, actionable brief.

- Radical accountability. You follow up, you follow through, and you don't wait for someone else to move things forward.

Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with the L&D space is a plus; passion for learning and human performance is a must.
