About the Opportunity
We are building a pipeline of Contract Project Managers to support dynamic, fast-moving teams across communications, marketing, technology, and content operations. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, highly organized professional who thrives on turning complex, multi-stakeholder work into clear plans and smooth execution. You will work across a variety of project types in the following domains: Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Language & Translation, and Communications.
Candidates should have current or previous experience at a top-tier organization — including Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Netflix, Walmart, UnitedHealth Group, ExxonMobil, Nvidia, and Berkshire Hathaway.

- Coordinate day-to-day work across internal teams and external partners, managing dependencies, tracking action items, and proactively resolving blockers before they affect delivery
- Lead project kickoffs, recurring status meetings, and retrospectives — capturing decisions, action items, and risks in a clear, shareable format
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and maintain a risk log throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage vendor and agency relationships at the project level, including statement of work tracking, deliverable reviews, and invoice coordination

- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-first environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting things fall through the cracks
- Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations — particularly in technology, communications, healthcare, retail, or energy sectors (e.g., Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Netflix, Walmart, UnitedHealth Group, ExxonMobil, Nvidia, or comparable)
Bonus Skills
